This Beach is located in Westerly Rhode Island of Washington County having a length of seven miles which stretches from Weekapaug in the east Westwared to Watch Hill. Misqamicut was once called Pleasant View Rhode Island. In 1928, the name Pleasant View changed to Misquamicut which later became a State Beach in 1959.
